From the large windows and from the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore. 🛋️ The living room has a comfortable seating area as well as an open kitchen and dining area. 🎬 A 42-inch TV with Apple TV+, Amazon Prime as well as Salt TV for classic television with more than 300 channels and 7 days of replay. Together with the Sonos sound system, exciting cinema evenings are guaranteed. 📚 A modern bookshelf with current literature and numerous travel guides and information about the region delight book lovers and those interested. The covered seating area invites you to linger. 🍳 The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Nespresso capsule machine and everything else a cooking and baking heart desires. 🛏️ The quiet bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and view into the garden promises restful nights. 🛁 The bathroom is also freshly renovated with toilet, washbasin and modern walk-in shower with rain shower system and free-standing glass partition. 🌴 The enchanting garden was lovingly transformed by us into a green oasis. The palm trees and many Mediterranean plants immediately create a holiday atmosphere. ☀️ A “Spaghetti” lounger from the traditional Swiss company Schaffner, as well as a table and chairs and a generous lounge area under a Ticino-style pergola leave nothing to be desired. Grill fans are welcome to use the gas grill at any time. 🏊 The 6x12 m pool with a beautiful sunbathing lawn is available to all owners and guests of the Condominio Belmondo from around May to October and is heated by the sun. It is located below the complex (77 steps). 🏝️ Perfect for all those seeking peace and quiet who want a well-deserved break in Brissago and at the same time experience eventful excursions to the Brissago Islands, Ascona, Locarno and the nearby valleys such as Centovalli, Valle Maggia or Val Verzasca. Trips to Italy – to Cannobio with its popular markets, Stresa with the Borromean Islands and not least to the romantic Lake Orta – are also more than worthwhile destinations. 🚤 Brissago itself, with its subtropical vegetation and its world-famous islands, offers a beautiful promenade with some recommendable bars and restaurants, away from the summer hustle and bustle in Cannobio or Ascona. Winding paths through gorges, forests and old parts of the village are waiting to be discovered. A wonderful public beach (Badi) invites you to swim in the lake. There are also various shopping options such as a bakery, a small supermarket and a pharmacy.
