From all windows and from the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the Albula Valley. 🛋️ The living room with oak parquet has a comfortable seating area as well as an open kitchen and dining area. 🎬 A 48-inch TV with Apple TV+, Amazon Prime as well as Salt TV for classic television with more than 300 channels and 7 days of replay. Via Apple TV you can also beam everything you like from your iPhone to the TV. Together with the Sonos sound system, exciting cinema evenings are guaranteed. 🍳 The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, Nespresso capsule machine and everything else a cooking and baking heart desires. 🛏️ In the bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) there is a natural wood wall made from local stone pine for deep and healthy sleep. A reading corner with current literature promises cozy reading pleasure. 🛁 The bathroom is renovated with toilet, washbasin and modern walk-in shower with rain shower system and free-standing glass partition. ☀️ The southwest-facing balcony is furnished with a “Spaghetti” lounger from the traditional Swiss company Schaffner, as well as a table and chairs. The electricity comes 100% from hydropower and is largely produced by the own power station on the Schmittner creek.
